GellyFit Overlay Top Gel is a high viscosity, brush on top coat that will not yellow. Overlay Top Gel can be applied in a thick or thin layer making it ideal for smoothing over flaws, glitter, decals, and is the perfect companion for securing Swarovski's. Cures with a tacky inhibition layer that requires cleansing with 70% + isopropyl alcohol or gel cleanser.
