Shipping and Delivery
Products from CK&JJ, LLC c/o GellyFitUSA.com are shipped from our warehouse located in Salt Lake City, UTAH (USA).
It will take up to three business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to three business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Wednesday).
Our warehouse is run by hard working humans. On the rare occasion that our inventory is off and a product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you with options within the required three day processing time. Your response time may delay our processing time.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation e-mail. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.
Please note that if inaccurate or incomplete address is provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package.
Territories of the United States: For those who reside in a territory of the United States that we ship to, as well as Hawaii orders, please allow anywhere between 5-15 business days for your order to reach your destination.
State of Utah: If you choose free local pick up of your order then you will be sent an email or SMS when you package is ready for pick at our Salon location.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 3 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

INCORRECT ADDRESS/ CARRIER DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that ALL shipping information is entered correctly, including carrier requests. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at email@example.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.
Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees or banking fees.
DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered but you have not received the package, please closely follow these steps.
1. Check to make sure the address you entered on your order form is correct.
2. Thoroughly check around the area where the package was said to have been left.
3. Check with a neighbor to see if the package was accidentally left at the wrong address.
4. Contact the courier at numbers above in order to start a tracer request. The courier should assign you a case number.
5. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please include your order number and case number assigned by the courier. We will also contact the courier to aid in the investigation.
USPS and UPS can require anywhere from five to thirty business days to complete a tracer request. Replacement products will not be sent until the shipping courier completes the investigation and grants permission for replacement product to be shipped. Please note that this is the policy of the courier and not of GellyFit USA.
If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
LOCAL PICK UP
Free Local Pick Up is offered at King's Road Salon 1164 S. Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101. If you have selected Free Local Pick Up you will be notified by email of the dates and times your order will be available.
USA STATE SALES TAX
Please note that CK&JJ, LLC c/o GellyFitUSA.com charges state sales taxes on orders to UTAH at the rate applicable for the county of the purchaser. These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments and CK&JJ,LLC c/o GellyFitUSA.com in no way benefits from this and directly pays this amount collected to the state.
