Refund policy

We understand that you may have changed your mind and wish to return or exchange an item you purchased. We will accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase date on unused, unopened items only. If more than 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to health regulations we cannot accept returns of products after the packaging has been opened or used in any way.
You can start your return/exchange by emailing with the following information: Name, Order # and item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We will respond to your request within 48 hour with instruction on how to complete the process and a return authorization number. We can not accept returns without prior approval.

Shipping Returns & Exchanges

Upon receiving your returned/exchanged item(s) GellyFit USA will send you an email notifying you that we received your item(s). From there a review of their condition will be conducted. We will then approve or reject the return/exchange and notify you via email of our decision. If a refund is granted it will be issued at the purchase price of the item less a 10% restocking fee and any banking fees that apply.  All shipping expenses for returns/exchanges are your responsibility and refunds extend to the purchase price of the products only. Refunds will not be given for original shipping expenses.
If your refund/exchange is approved, your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days of the approval. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. If the refund has not posted after that time frame please first check with your banking institution as they may have longer processing times for credits. If you are returning items over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Defective Items
We pride ourselves on ensuring our packaging and products are of the highest quality. All products go through a quality inspection prior to being approved to ship. In the rare instance that a defective product has been shipped, you must notify us immediately via email by sending photos of the defective/broken products, packaging, invoice and shipping label to . CK&JJ, LLC c/o reserves the right to replace or refund the purchase price of the defective/broken product(s) at our discretion.

If you tamper with or contaminate the product in anyway the warranty on the item will be void regardless of whether the product was defective when you received it. 

In the event that items are broken due to poor carrier service we will guide you through the claims process.

Some items are non-returnable. These items include:
Gift cards
Use or open product
Limited Edition items
Sale/Clearance items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
