Unfortunately we cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed.
Due to high order volume, we cannot always cancel or make any changes once the order is placed. To request a change please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and change request. We will reply and let you know if changes are possible.
All orders require up to three business days for processing, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. We cannot be held accountable for shipping times or delays caused by the carrier.
